MASTER REGISTRATION TERMS & PRIVACY AGREEMENT

This Master Registration Terms & Privacy Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the registration, access, and use of the BirchStreets360 platform (“Platform”, “System”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
PART I — REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you have authority to bind that entity.
All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate registration at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide required information, which may include:
Full legal name or registered business name
Valid email address
Contact details
Business information (where applicable)
You agree to:
Maintain accurate and updated account information
Keep login credentials confidential
Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach
Accounts may not be shared unless explicitly authorized.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
Where access is subject to fees:
Fees must be paid in accordance with agreed billing terms
Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended access
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, designs, content, trademarks, and materials associated with the Platform remain the exclusive property of BirchStreets360.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for lawful business purposes only.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach this Agreement
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
Required payments are not made
You may request account termination in writing. Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BirchStreets360 shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Data loss caused by user error or negligence
Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. System Availability
While we strive for continuous operation, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Maintenance or upgrades
Technical issues
Circumstances beyond our control
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
PART II — PRIVACY POLICY
9. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect personal data in connection with the Platform.
